Refund Policy

The refund policy of the admitting students is as under:

Description of withdrawal/cancellation of admission for all candidates being admitted through SET, CSAB, JoSAA, CCMN and CCMT Quantum of Refund/deduction
15 days or more before the start of reporting OR AICTE Notified date (whichever is later, if available) Full fee refund after deduction of ₹5000/- as processing charges.
Till the notified last date of reporting in the institute OR AICTE Notified date (whichever is later, if available) Deduction of 10% of total fee paid or ₹5000/- (whichever is higher)
15 days after the last date of reporting in the Institute OR AICTE Notified date (whichever is later, if available) Deduction of 20% of total fee paid or ₹5000/- (whichever is higher)
30 days after the last date of reporting in the Institute OR 31st October as per UGC (whichever is later) Deduction of 50% of total fee paid
More than 30 days after the last date of reporting in the Institute OR after 31st October as per UGC (whichever is later) No refund will be applicable only caution money will be refunded.
  1. In case, the student has not reported at SLIET, there is no need to submit “No Dues Certificate” for refund of fee.
  2. All the refunds will be processed on receipt of the written request from candidate and completion of the required formalities.

 

NOTE:
  1. All the refunds will be processed after the closure of admission for SLIET Entrance Test [SET] (Generally in Month of October/November every year.)
  2. The refunds of students admitted through JoSAA/CSAB/CCMT/CCMN will be processed after receipt of funds from respective agency.
